An exhibition of ten extraordinary watercolour paintings by
Norman Adams RA.
Adams' vast watercolours are alive with colour and passion. The paintings on display in the gallery of Marle Place Gardens explore the symbolism of his abstract works alongside his emotionally intense religious pieces.
This is part of a larger group exhibition 'Cross Purposes' instigated by Mascalls Gallery and includes other internationally famous artists; Santiago Bell, Susan Shaw, Maggi Hambling and Craggie Aitchison.

Etching Presses for sale
The School of Fashion and Textiles at CSM have 2 small etching presses (situated in the textile department at Red Lion Square, Southampton Row) for sale.
They are as follows:
1. Small Albion etching press (Fleet Works, Harrild and Sons, early 1900's) £1000 + removal cost
2. Small Star Wheel etching press (D & J Greig, Fountain House Works, early 1900's) £1000 + removal cost.
Both presses need some work, and the price is open to negotiation (although we have taken professional advice when costing).

This event is organised by 67 Contemporary Art as a fundraiser for Rye College's 'Ghana Carnival Exchange Project'
67 Contemporary Art is an online gallery run by artist practitioners and organising this event on a voluntary basis.
