Thanks for the pointer to Artists Directory, I have now signed up. It is a good website and easy to navigate around. It took me a while to upload images, they give you a minimum size but not a maximum so it took a few attempts to get my first image uploaded as big as possible but not TOO large so that the system rejected it. Thereafter it wasn't difficult and making alterations isn't complicated. Google rating not yet very good if you try to search by artist name but that will come with time.
Thanks - I would recommend this to anyone else.

It would be good to let Artists Directory know of any problems you had, as they are very pro-active and would probably sort the glitches out, making it easier for future artists signing up.
