This has been our first year of running online and postal applications alongside each other. Next year we are hoping to be able to refine some of the systems so that they mesh better together.

Artists who applied online were given 24 hours to proof and change their entry online. They were then given the opportunity to change their details by sending an e-mail with their application number to join@seos-art.org by April 1st.

Changes to your details made online after February 29th will NOT change your details in the Guide.

Artists who applied by post and artists who applied online will both receive a printed GUIDE proof and a chance to check their entry as it will appear in the GUIDE.

Artist’s alterations to the Guide proof will not change their details on the WEBSITE.

Please be advised that a downloadable version of the Guide is available from the download page and is exactly the same as the printed Guide with all your proofed corrections resolved.

Both our Website Manager and Guide Editor are working flat out at the moment to complete on time. Corrections must be sent by the closing dates as we have to go to print!
