Hi,
I am currently creating a new series of paintings on the theme of Human Connection.
These paintings have a dance theme. Have a colour scheme of black, purple, silver and white and have a nod to Gustav Klimt and art Nouveau. They are divided and embellished with raised beading, dividing the paintings and the figures, to define the different parts of the self. I am currently painting work no 3, entitled ‘People of the World’ and look forward to sharing the finished work shortly on Instagram.

Biography
Hi, I am Evangeline Thyme
My figurative/narrative paintings are show stoppers, statement pieces, large in size, dramas for whole walls. They wow, create conversation, provoke thought, enrich your space and lift your spirits.
I paint in oil on canvas or board, inspired by inspirational women, narrative, dance and literature. Each painting has an underlying story.
I work mostly in oil, create inspiration, from life scenarios and old ideas into modern day settings. Part of my creative process is working with models in photoshoots. My paintings take 40 to 80 hrs to paint.
