Biography
Hannah is a printmaker working in linocut and monotype prints, inspired by meaningful places and objects around her whilst exploring ongoing themes of memories and patterns. After studying Fine Art in Aberystwyth, she moved to London to continue studying for an MA Printmaking at Camberwell, after which she returned home to Kent where she has continued to develop her work in linocuts and monotypes.
I’m fascinated by the places and objects we surround ourselves with and how they can hold and trigger so many memories. The items we choose to keep, the places we fill with memories, the photographs we careful take and curate, all in an effort to capture and hold on to a moment that can be revisited time and again.
