How to Sign Up

Would you like to take part in South East Open Studios (6-22 June 2025) and be part of the largest visual arts event in the county?

Our event takes place across Kent, East Sussex and the Surrey Borders, from East Grinstead to Folkestone, Rochester to Hastings … and everywhere in between!

Membership sign up is between 9 December 2024 and 31 January 2025.

Please note that 2024 artist pages will remain live until the end of January 2025.
We anticipate the 2025 artist page to go live at the end of February.

Create an account and pay for membership

This year we are introducing a new way of signing up for SEOS. Please follow the steps outlined below:

Step One: Sign in or create a new account

Step Two: Purchase your membership

Step Three: Fill in your studio entry information

Step Four: Upload your online gallery information

Membership Prices

Step One: Sign in to the website

If you are new to the website, you will need to sign up with a new account. You will receive a confirmation email before you can create your membership and an entry. This is an automated email so please check your junk box before contacting us if you think you may not have received it.

Already have an account?

Step Two: Buy Membership

After signing in you can purchase your membership. You do this from your Dashboard. Once purchased you will have access to upload your studio and artist gallery information.

Individual Membership – If you are in a studio that has less than 6 artists at your venue, then sign up as an individual member.

Group Member – You are a member of a group of 6 or more artists at the studio. Price is per artist.

Group Leader – You represent your group of 6 or more artists. You will only pay for yourself but will manage the group web page and guide entry.

Step Three: Fill in your Studio Entry information

Once you’ve purchased your membership

  • Fill out your Studio Event / Entry information form and upload your guide image (Deadline: 31 January 2025)

Your studio entry will give you a place in the guide and a page on the website.

A group has a single studio page on the website. Each member will have their own gallery page.

Step Four: Upload your Online Gallery information

Once signed in to your dashboard you can

  • Add up to 11 images to your Gallery
  • Add Extended Artist Statement/Biography
  • Add Video link (optional)
  • Add workshops (optional)
  • Add events (optional)
