With photography by Roger Lee and curation by Victoria Granville this exhibition celebrates the richness of visual creativity in Sevenoaks and south-east England. It features photographic portraits of 29 distinguished artists, all set within their studios. The objectives of the exhibition are to explore what art means to the artists, what is involved in making their art and the significance of the artists’ studios as spaces of creative work. The portraits of the artists will be accompanied by short autobiographical texts on what making art means to them along with an example of their work.
