Biography
For me art is a never-ending journey of excitement, exploration, discovery and I am a strong believer that art should be fun! I am always learning – which is all part of the joy of art travelling. I work in collage/mixed media, watercolours, acrylics and pen & wash – and enjoy working in all – I have no favourites. I love teaching watercolours and acrylics and holding collage workshops. My by-line is ‘affordable, original art’. My style is certainly not photographic, and someone once described it as ‘quirky’ and I am more than happy with that. These words of Degas sums me up I think: A painter once said that he had at last found his style. Degas commented, ‘Well, I’m glad I haven’t found mine yet……. I’d be bored to death’!
