Biography
Personal Statement
I have been interested in photography from my teens. As a practicing architect for many years I needed to use it as a tool. Recently I have returned to the subjects of my youth, the sea, sky, shoreline, textures and scale.
For this exhibition I have gathered images that emerge through the effects of time and weather and remind us of our place in time passing, human marks and what we see in other marks in the world around us.
To present this I have been experimenting with printing in an attempt to capture the soft fragility of some of the imagery, the same fragility of the passing moment of the imagination reflecting on these things.
